As a certified Coach and Mentor, Pippa uses her experience of high performance and achievement along with a background in crisis management in social care to help other people to move forward in life.
She has provided mentoring services to a wide range of people, from Young Ambassadors and Academy footballers to several CEOs, offering a mix of challenge and support to help them thrive. |
Pippa has extensive experience of speaking to a wide range of audiences from schools and colleges to spinal surgeons! She has an easy going and inspirational style which reflects her journey from growing up with a disability, to becoming a Paralympian who progressed into sports governance.

Pippa started her non-executive director journey as athlete representative, at National then World level and has built on this experience to be widely recognised for her work in this area. She is currently Vice-Chair of the British Paralympic Association and the Deputy Chair or the Para Archery Committee at World Archery.
She has a particular interest in diversity and inclusion and good governance and has been involved in several governance reviews. She uses her extensive experience, and skills to influence and inspire great board behaviour. |
